Poland, Romania, Denmark, Portugal, Hungary, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Italy, Slovakia, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania.
Sales channels
Online and brick-and-mortar retail outlets selling electronics and home appliances, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Allegro.
Why is this product dangerous?
Following a safety analysis, it was determined that the permissible levels of the following substances had been exceeded: Pb, Cd, DBP, SCCP, DBP, and MCCP.
What to do
All customers who have purchased the above product are kindly requested to:
- Immediately stop using the product.
- Return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased or contact customer service to arrange for its collection. The product will be returned at no additional cost to the consumer.
Remedies for consumers
- Appropriate reimbursement of the value of the recovered product.
- Replacement of the recovered product with a safe product of the same type with at least the same value and quality.
