Why is this product dangerous?
After a product safety analysis, lead was found to be present in the product in excess of the weight concentration limit, posing a risk to human health and the environment.
What to do
All customers who have purchased the above product are kindly requested to:
- Immediately stop using the product.
- Return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased or contact customer service to arrange for its collection. The product will be returned at no additional cost to the consumer.
Remedies for consumers
- Appropriate reimbursement of the value of the recovered product.
- Replacement of the recovered product with a safe product of the same type with at least the same value and quality.
