Online and stationary outlets offering electronics and home appliances, sales platforms like Allegro.
Why is this product dangerous?
The charger does not have sufficient isolation between the mains-powered components and the part that the user may come into contact with while using the product. As a result, the metal parts of the socket to which the device is connected may conduct dangerous voltage. If the user touches the elements of the socket, or the metal parts of the connected wires or appliances, it may result in electric shock.
What to do
All customers who have purchased the above product are kindly requested to:
- Immediately stop using the product.
- Return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased or contact customer service to arrange for its collection. The product will be returned at no additional cost to the consumer.
Remedies for consumers
- Appropriate reimbursement of the value of the recovered product.
- Replacement of the recovered product with a safe product of the same type with at least the same value and quality.
