Online and stationary outlets offering electronics and home appliances, sales platforms like Allegro.
Why is this product dangerous?
After a product safety analysis, elevated concentrations of lead and the hazardous substance DEPH and DBP were found in the product, indicating that the product does not meet requirements and may affect user safety.
What to do
All customers who have purchased the above product are kindly requested to:
- Immediately stop using the product.
- Return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased or contact customer service to arrange for its collection. The product will be returned at no additional cost to the consumer.
Remedies for consumers
- Appropriate reimbursement of the value of the recovered product.
- Replacement of the recovered product with a safe product of the same type with at least the same value and quality.
